Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship.  All items are shipped via USPS.

RETURNS

At Rosyhandbags, our goal is to give our customers complete satisfaction.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please return it within 21 days of receipt, and we will gladly reimburse you. However, this does not apply to any sale or clearance items.  Any used item may not be returned as well.

Please ship the items back to us with a copy of your invoice, and you will receive a refund within 7-10 business days.

You will not receive a refund on shipping costs. 

At Rosyhandbags we do not charge a restocking fee on any retuns.
